White Mac and Cheese

Ingredients:


1 box shell pasta

pinch salt

1 tub Sour Cream

2 cups white cheddar (shredded)

pepper

onion (optional)

Cooking spray


Directions:


Boil water, add a pinch of salt then add the box of shell pasta. Boil until tender/cooked. Drain and stir in 1 cup shredded cheese, sour cream, diced onion and pepper to taste. Spray a glass casserole dish with cooking spray, pour in half the pasta mix, sprinkle shredded cheese over first layer, then pour in remainder of the pasta mix. Sprinkle the top with more shredded cheese and pepper. Add more cheese if desired.


Bake in 350 degree oven until top is golden brown.
